  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled check-in date: Full refund of the deposit or payment made.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date: A cancellation fee equivalent to one (1) night's stay will be charged.

2.2 Modification of Reservations

Modifications to standard reservations are subject to the following conditions:

  • Requests to modify the dates of stay must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date.
  • All modifications are subject to availability at the time of the request.
  • If the modified reservation results in a shorter stay, the cancellation policy will apply to the cancelled nights.
  • If the modified reservation results in a rate change, the new rate will apply to the entire stay.

2.3 No-Shows

If you fail to arrive on your scheduled check-in date without prior notification, your reservation will be considered a "no-show" and will be subject to the following:

  • The entire reservation may be cancelled.
  • A no-show fee equivalent to one (1) night's stay will be charged.
  • Any pre-paid amount exceeding the no-show fee will be refunded.

3. Special Rate Reservations

Reservations made under special rates, promotions, packages, or during high-demand periods may have different cancellation policies. These specific terms will be clearly communicated during the booking process and in your confirmation email.

3.1 Non-Refundable Rates

For reservations booked under "Non-Refundable" rates:

  • The full amount is charged at the time of booking.
  • No refunds are provided for cancellations, modifications, or no-shows, regardless of the timing.
  • These rates offer significant discounts in exchange for the non-refundable nature of the booking.

3.2 Special Event Periods

During special events, conventions, holidays, or peak seasons at our casino hotel, the following cancellation policy may apply:

  • Cancellations must be made 7 to 14 days (as specified at the time of booking) prior to the scheduled arrival date to receive a full refund.

4.3 Attrition (Room Block Reduction)

Group contracts typically include an attrition clause that allows for a certain percentage of room block reduction without penalty. Reductions beyond the allowable percentage may result in attrition fees.

5. Early Departure

If you check out earlier than your scheduled departure date, the following will apply:

  • An early departure fee equivalent to one (1) night's stay may be charged.
  • The early departure fee may be waived at the discretion of management in case of emergency situations.
  • We recommend informing the front desk as soon as possible if you need to depart earlier than scheduled.

6. Extended Stay Policy

For guests staying at our casino hotel for extended periods (typically 7 nights or more):

  • Cancellation of the entire stay: Standard cancellation policy applies.
  • Reduction in the number of nights: Must be requested at least 72 hours in advance to avoid charges for the reduced nights.
